The Groove announced that Tiffany Palacz has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer and a member of its Executive Leadership Team. In this role, Palacz will lead key operational initiatives, including the refinement and implementation of internal processes, delivery excellence, client satisfaction, partner alliance growth, and execution of The Groove’s overall growth strategy.
Palacz brings 30+ years of consulting experience across multiple industries and enterprise software platforms. She has focused her career on helping organizations maximize the value of their technology investments.
Most recently, Palacz served as Chief Operating Officer of Strata Information Group (SIG), a consultancy supporting higher education, life sciences, and non-profit organizations. At SIG, she oversaw client delivery, employee development, and supported the firm’s M&A-driven growth strategy. SIG is one of the largest Ellucian consulting partners, serving more than 1,000 higher education institutions, and offering additional practices in CRM, data services, and cyber security.
Prior to SIG, Palacz held several leadership roles at Collaborative Solutions, including serving as Chief Operating Officer, as well as earlier positions at Oracle and PeopleSoft.
