A Simple Path from Data to Clarity
We start with a short kick off call to understand your organization and confirm the right level of detail. After the call, we request an extract of your Chart of Accounts, including accounts, cost centers, products or business offerings, departments, and projects. Using this data, we build your FDM mockup and review it with you live in Workday, walking through the structure and sharing insights into how your organization could be represented from a financial perspective.
