Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day activities as a Workday Reporting Consultant.
- Empower your peers through mentorship, sharing your expertise to elevate our practice to new heights.
- Act as a Workday Reporting guru, diving deep into current functionality, design concepts, and future product visions.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics tailored to customer specifications.
- Engage in sessions with customers to analyze business requirements, unravel complex business requirements and provide solutions.
- Support Workday Delivery Assurance Reviews for design and build sign-offs.
- Chart strategies, identify risks, and unleash your ideas to exceed customer expectations.
- Contribute to business development activities.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience with Workday Financials implementation and/or support using Report Writer and Prism.
- Passionate about providing innovative analytic solutions.
- Harness the power of enterprise-level HCM and financials solutions like Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, and more.
- Proficient in gathering requirements, designing, testing, and deploying solutions.
- Expertise in reporting, including complex reports, layouts, and analytics.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Minimal travel required.
