Eightfold AI Project Manager

Position Overview

As an Eightfold Project Manager, you will serve as a deployment leader and trusted partner for our clients, ensuring the successful planning, management and delivery of Eightfold’s innovative AI-based Talent Intelligence solutions.  This position is a senior level customer-facing role that requires deep expertise in Eightfold’s Deployment methodology, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, requirements, business challenges, and collaborate across the team to deliver innovative solutions that leverage the full potential of Eightfold.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an advocate in EightFold AI and demonstrate it on all engagements.
  • Lead the implementation of simultaneous projects.
  • Serve as a leader and advocate for Eightfold solutions, staying informed about the latest features, enhancements, and best practices, and sharing knowledge with clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects are accurately planned and staffed and proactive mitigation of risks.
  • Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. 
  • Have a broader understanding of the business context and strategic goals of the project, enabling them to make decisions that align with the overall objectives of the organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management. This centralized communication helps in streamlining decision-making and resolving conflicts.
  • Assist in the transition of the customer from implementation to ongoing production support.
  • Collaborate with the sales and solutions teams to provide inputs for proposals.
  • Manage and Present client with change orders in the event they're asking The Groove to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to those Professional Service resources working on their implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications/platforms.
  • Min 5+ years of experience in consulting or industry- delivering enterprise-grade HCM solutions in cloud (SaaS) environments.
  • Experience in HRIS/ATS implementations and knowledge in solutions such as: Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Oracle, Greenhouse etc.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc) and presentation skills such as Eightfold demonstrations and client presentations.
  • Strong customer relationship management and critical issue handling.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
