His expertise lies in project readiness, strategic alignment, process optimization, and change management facilitation. Prior to joining The Groove, Michael was the Vice President of Advisory Services for Collaborative Solutions and was a Senior Manager at Accenture in their PeopleSoft Solution Center practice.
