At The Groove, milestones are not just about numbers. They are about people. This week, we are thrilled to share one that feels especially meaningful. We have officially welcomed our 100th Groovie.
Building the Foundation Before Day One
When we dreamed up The Groove, the vision was clear. Build a place where talented people could do meaningful work, where collaboration feels natural, authenticity is valued, and growth happens side by side.
In those early days, we spent hours around a conference table defining the kind of people we wanted to join us. We knew that if we hired individuals who were team-oriented, generous with their knowledge, and genuinely fun to work with, they would naturally draw in others who shared those same values. Looking at our team today, it is incredible to see how that vision has taken shape.
We are now 100 strong, and every person adds their own unique energy to the culture we dreamed of creating. Reaching the 100-employee mark shows the strength of that vision and the incredible community that has formed here.
Growth Without a Playbook
One of the things that makes this milestone extra special is that we have reached it without the help of a recruiter. Every Groovie joined us through relationships, referrals, and word of mouth. That speaks volumes about our culture. From the very beginning, we believed our success would be defined by the people who call The Groove home. Every Groovie brings a spark of their own, whether it is skills, passions, quirks, or perspectives, and together they shape who we are as a company. People wanted to bring in former colleagues, friends, and connections because they knew The Groove would be a place where those people could thrive.
Welcoming with Open Arms
Many of our team members had worked together in the past, but what has been remarkable is the way The Groove has embraced new faces. There is a culture of welcoming here. Every Groovie, whether they have known the group for years or are brand new, is met with open arms. That mix of familiarity and inclusivity has created something rare. We are a company that feels both established and fresh at the same time.
Growing with Purpose Growth in consulting can sometimes feel like a numbers game. For us, it has always been about more than that. Yes, we have expanded practices, launched new offerings, rolled out Extend apps, and built strong partnerships. But what makes it special is the way we have done it. With intention. With joy. With celebration. And with the people-first spirit that makes Groove what it is. Whether it is welcoming Groove babies, hosting Rising events, or swapping stories over coffee, our culture is the center of everything we do.
Looking Ahead
Reaching 100 employees is both humbling and energizing. It validates the belief that building with intention pays off, and it motivates us to keep going. The Groove will continue to grow thoughtfully, add amazing new Groovies, and create opportunities for people to do their best work while being their authentic selves.
