Eightfold AI Solution Architect

As an Eightfold Solution Architect, you will serve as a key advisor and subject matter expert for our clients, focusing on the design, implementation and optimization of Eightfold AI’s solution. This position is a senior level customer-facing role that requires deep expertise in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, API development, JSON and SQL. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, requirements, business challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that leverage the full potential of Eightfold. This role requires a combination of functional expertise, technical expertise, client-facing skills, and strategic thinking to drive successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Trusted Advisory to our Clients. Engage with clients to understand their business goals, business challenges, and technical requirements, and provide expert guidance on leveraging Eightfold AI’s products to address their needs.
• Solution Design: Design end-to-end solutions using Eightfold AI’s products, considering factors such as end user design, workflow, data processing, and scalability to meet client objectives.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of Eightfold solutions and evaluate the customer’s business processes.
• Implementation: Lead or support the implementation and integration of Eightfold AI’s solution within client environments, collaborating closely with Project Managers, Functional Consultants and Partners.
• Best Practices and Optimization: Define and promote best practices for Eightfold, configuration, and optimization, ensuring clients maximize the value and performance of their Eightfold deployments.
• Leadership: Serve as a leader and advocate for Eightfold solutions, staying informed about the latest features, enhancements, and best practices, and sharing knowledge with clients and internal teams.
• Proposal Support: Collaborate with the sales and solutions teams to provide inputs for proposals, including solution architecture, infrastructure requirements, and implementation strategies.
• Pursuits: Engage in discussions with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and objectives and provide guidance on how our Eightfold solutions can address their specific needs.
• Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionality, and performance of Eightfold AI, tailored to the requirements and specific use cases of prospective clients.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document solution designs, architectures, and implementation details, and share knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams through presentations, training sessions, and written materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Management and Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with API development, JSON, SQL and Python.
• Skills in application programming and solutions design.
• Knowledge of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications/platforms.
• Proven experience as a solution architect, or similar role, with expertise in designing and implementing software solutions for large enterprise clients.
• Min 5+ years of experience in consulting or industry- delivering enterprise-grade HCM solutions in cloud (SaaS) environments.
• Experience in HRIS/ATS implementations and knowledge in solutions such as: Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Oracle, Greenhouse etc.
• Proven history of serving in technical and customer-facing roles. Gathering requirements and design solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively including presentations, negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and critical issue handling.
• Ability to perform impact analysis, identify changes to business processes, perform testing, and effectively communicate with the business.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
• Certification in EightFold or related technologies is preferred.
