Your Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to grasp their business requirements and craft tailored Workday Extend solutions that align with The Groove's commitment to excellence.
• Develop, test, and roll out custom Workday Extend applications and integrations, showcasing your technical prowess and dedication to delivering top-notch solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on industry best practices for custom app development and seamless integrations with Workday, leveraging The Groove's wealth of experience and expertise.
• Act as a troubleshooter, swiftly resolving client requests and incidents related to Workday Extend solutions, demonstrating The Groove's dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and impactful presentations for clients and stakeholders, highlighting The Groove's dedication to knowledge sharing and collaborative success.
• Play a pivotal role in pre-sales activities, including client demos, proposals, and scoping sessions, showcasing The Groove's innovative solutions and client-focused approach.
• Stay updated on Workday Extend updates and features, recommending enhancements to clients for maximum efficiency and effectiveness, in line with The Groove's commitment to continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, demonstrating your dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
• Bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementation and configuration or similar expertise in related technologies like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, showcasing your depth of knowledge and experience.
• Showcase strong knowledge of application development and integration best practices, aligning with The Groove's commitment to excellence and innovation.
• Familiarity with Workday Extend and proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, highlighting your technical acumen and adaptability.
• Excel in collaborative environments, working effectively with clients and project teams, embodying The Groove's culture of teamwork and collaboration.
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, reflecting The Groove's dedication to delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations.
• Be ready to travel as needed to support our clients and projects, demonstrating The Groove's commitment to providing exceptional service and support.
• While a Workday Extend certification is preferred, it's not a must-have.
